These terms apply when you use aseevo.com or buy from us. Ordering means you accept them.

What we sell

Hand support products, and one digital guide. Our products are comfort and support products. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have hand pain that concerns you, please see a qualified clinician. If you have a diagnosed condition, are recovering from surgery, or have circulatory problems, ask your clinician before using a support of any kind.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if we can't fulfill it, if the address doesn't work, or if we think it's fraudulent — and if we do, we refund you in full and tell you why.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices, but never after you've ordered.

If we publish a price that's obviously wrong — a typo, a decimal in the wrong place — we'll cancel affected orders and refund in full rather than pretend it was intentional. We'll email you before doing it.

Payment

Handled by our payment processor. We don't see or store your card details. You confirm you're entitled to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns, and the guarantee

Covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Guarantee Policy, which form part of these terms. Where those policies are more generous than anything written here, those policies apply. We've written them to be the operative documents.

Our content

The text, images, diagrams and design on this site are ours. You're welcome to link to any page, quote us with attribution, and print anything for your own use. You may not republish our copy as your own or use our name to sell something.

Your content

If you send us a photo, a review, or a story, we may quote it — only after asking you and only if you say yes. You keep ownership. Tell us to stop using it at any time and we will, within 5 business days.

What we don't promise

We can't promise the product will work for you. Bodies differ. That's exactly why the guarantee exists and why it doesn't ask you to prove anything.

We can't promise the site is always up or always free of errors.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Some states don't allow certain limits, in which case they don't apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [ÉTAT], United States. Disputes go to the courts of [ÉTAT].

Before any of that: email us. We have refunded every person who asked in 60 days, without argument. A dispute with us should be unnecessary, and if it isn't, we'd rather hear about it directly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to your order.
