We want you to be completely satisfied with your Aseevo™ Film Scanner. If you are not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@aseevo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us at support@aseevo.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
