Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

Aseevo (“we”, “us”) operates aseevo.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can tell us to do about it. It's written to be read rather than to be defensible.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, shipping address, billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.

When you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and how long you stayed. Collected through cookies and similar technologies.

When you email us: whatever you write, and your email address.

When you subscribe: your email address, and whether you open and click what we send.

We do not collect health information. We never ask about your medical history, diagnoses, or conditions, and we ask you not to send them. If you do write to us about a health matter, we'll answer the practical part of your question and we won't store the rest.

Why we collect it

To take your order, get it to you, answer your email, honor the guarantee, run the website, understand which pages work, and — if you've opted in — send you email. Those are all of the reasons.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising by third parties.

We do use service providers who process data on our behalf: Shopify (runs the store, processes orders and payments), our fulfillment partner (receives your name and shipping address), Meta (advertising measurement, see below), our email provider (transactional and marketing email), and analytics (aggregate traffic understanding).

Advertising and the Meta pixel

This site uses the Meta pixel. It tells us — in aggregate — how many people who saw one of our ads went on to view a product or buy something. That's how we know whether an ad is worth running.

Meta may match this activity to your Meta account and use it for advertising. You can control this in your Meta account under Settings → Your Activity Off Meta Technologies. You can also stop it here by declining cookies in our banner.

Cookies

Necessary — the cart, checkout, and security. The site doesn't work without them.
Analytics — which pages are read and where people stop.
Advertising — the Meta pixel described above.

You can decline analytics and advertising cookies from the banner and change your mind at any time. Declining does not affect your ability to order, and we don't ask twice on every page.

How long we keep things

Order records: 7 years, because tax law requires it. Email subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Support emails: 2 years. Analytics: 26 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email hello@aseevo.com and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. We'll do it within 30 days and we won't charge you or make you create an account.

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended gives you specific rights: to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive information (we don't collect any), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of this. Same address: hello@aseevo.com.

If you live in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a comparable law, you have similar rights and the same address reaches us.

Children

This site isn't for anyone under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Payment data goes straight to our processor. We limit who can see order data to the people who have to. No system is perfect, and we'd rather say that than claim otherwise.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll email anyone who's subscribed.
