Wear it. Quilt in it. Put it through a full afternoon of cutting and a full evening of binding on the sofa.

If after sixty days it hasn't earned its place in your sewing room, email us and we'll refund every cent you paid.

And you don't need to send it back. Returning a thumb support across the country costs more than the support is worth, and we'd rather not make you stand in line at the post office. Keep it, or pass it to someone in your guild who's been quiet about her hands.

One email. No form, no photographs, no restocking fee, no questions about whether you used it properly.

The detail

• The window: 60 calendar days from the delivery date shown in your tracking, not from the date you ordered.
• What you get back: the full amount you paid. Refunded to the original payment method, within 5 business days of your email.
• One guarantee claim per household. We're a small operation.
• Orders of 3 pairs or more: full refund, and we do ask you to return any unopened pairs — we'll email a prepaid label. The pair you opened is yours to keep.
• The digital guide is non-refundable once downloaded. You're told this before you buy it, not after.
